
PHCNW owns several apartment complexes in the Portland area. While this housing is not directly subsidized, PHCNW maintains its mission to provide quality housing at a price that is competitive and affordable for individuals and families.
To be eligible for PHCNW’s affordable housing, a household’s income from all sources cannot exceed 60% of the median income for the Portland-Beaverton-Vancouver area. Effective March 19, 2009, the limits are:

PHCNW does work with the Section 8 Voucher, RASP, DV grants, Ready-to-Rent , Fresh Start or other assistance programs.
Read the Screening Criteria for affordable housing. Applicants must complete the Housing Application Form and submit it to the PHCNW office.
We require a $35 application fee to be submitted with each application prior to processing. A $300 refundable security deposit is required. To schedule a tour, or inquire about availability and move-in specials, contact the PHCNW office.
