HUD Section 811 for People with Disabilities

PHCNW’s newest addition is a 16-unit complex under the HUD 811 program which provides subsidized housing for very low-income people with disabilities. The definition of disability is included in Part IV of the Screening Criteria. Each resident pays 30% of his or her monthly income for rent.

HUD Section 811 Waitlist Application

A waiting list for this housing complex is managed by PHCNW and the wait is approximately two years. Because of the limited number of units, PHCNW cannot provide immediate housing assistance.

Waitlist applications will be processed according to the Tenant Selection Plan.
Applicants must complete the 811 Waitlist Application Form and submit it to the PHCNW office.
Applicants are waitlisted in the order the applications are received.

Application Fees and Deposits

There is no application fee. A refundable security deposit based on income is required. To schedule a tour, or inquire about availability, contact the PHCNW office.
